FAQ


Shipping: Currently we have a 2 to 3 week processing time. We ship USPS First Class mostly, which takes 2-7 business days. Our new site offers emailed shipping notices. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number, and a "view your order" button, which directs you to our website to show you the location of your package.

Custom orders: If you have a design in mind please email Beth@shadeskids.com and she will get back to you. 

Personalization is included in the pricing of the item, and there is a spot on each item listing to enter your Child's name.

How do I choose a bag from a collection? On each collection there are drop down menu's to select the bag you would like to purchase.

Sales/coupons: We generally post those on Instagram @shadeskids and by email, sign up for our emails. 

Wholesale: We do not sell wholesale as our items are personalized. You can host a trunk show in your store, as many of our boutique owning moms do (see below)

Returns: We do not offer returns for personalized items. If an item is defective or wrong, please email carrie@shadeskids.com and you will receive a return form and label.
